SHEBOYGAN, WI – The Vollrath Company, a leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment and smallwares for the foodservice industry, has been awarded in both categories of the Smallwares & Tabletop Product Awards by Foodservice Equipment Reports (FER) magazine. Six industry professionals served as judges and examined the uniqueness, efficiency, utility, durability and design of nearly 70 entries to select the winning products, which included Vollrath’s Cubic Display System in the Tabletop portion and the Extended Handle Ice Cream Spade in the Smallwares portion.

Extended Handle Ice Cream Spade

Building on its ice cream utensil offerings, Vollrath’s new Extended Handle Ice Cream Spade features an extended length handle (10.175” overall) allowing the operator to easily reach far inside ice cream tubs and gelato pans.
