It is an ideal solution for professional foodservice operators who are looking to expand their dessert offerings with frozen treats.
The compact machine is easy to use and maintain with an intuitive touch-screen display. It has all of the features of a much larger machine, it’s 1.6-gallon capacity makes it ideal for small C-stores, catering and restaurants. A built-in cup/cone sensor prepares the machine for serving and simultaneously shortens the delay of dispensing. The machine’s point-of-sale locations are backlit and can be customized. Its lid locks to prevent unintentional use and ensure food safety while a brushless motor minimizes downtime. Only six parts need to be disassembled for cleaning, making this frozen treat machine the simplest in the industry.
Operable with both commercial dry and liquid mixes, the C111-37 can make a variety of frozen treats that offer high profit margins, including ice cream, frozen yogurt and frozen dietary desserts.
