Katharine Mizla to drive consultant sales and training

SHEBOYGAN, WI - The Vollrath Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of equipment and smallwares for the foodservice industry, has hired Katharine Mizla CSI, CDT as consultant sales manager. Mizla will drive new and existing foodservice projects for a variety of industries and work closely with the director of equipment sales to provide ideas and solutions to create inspired commercial kitchen designs.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mizla has worked in various sectors of the foodservice industry including beginnings as a chef’s apprentice, purchasing for a large hotel chain, managing various restaurants, foodservice design, and creating software for the industry. Most recently, she served as designer and project manager for TriMark SSKemp in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior, she held design management positions with AutoQuotes and Cini-Little International, Inc.

Mizla has received certification for Construction Document Technician (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute. She is an active member in chapters of such industry associations as the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI).

Mizla will report to Dennis Park, vice president of food service sales.
