Slim design creates a clean appearance and improves visibility

Sheboygan, Wis. – Vollrath Company introduces a new low-profile heat strip collection to keep hot food items appetizingly warm under breath guards. The durable construction provides maximum strength with minimal weight, while the clean design is attractive and allows better visibility of the heated food.

The slim design is 65% smaller than the original Vollrath heat strip and 19-35% smaller than the leading competitors, which creates a clean appearance and improves visibility.

The powerful heating element maximizes heat production and efficiency and offers up to 14% more heat penetration than the leading competitive heat strips when heating a 12- x 20-inch pan. It is easily controlled by a remote toggle switch with a simple on/off setting or an infinite control that enables a custom temperature setting. An optional remote control is available for both control models.
